Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also follow your order at any time on our tracking page. If more than 10 business days have passed since you ordered and nothing has arrived, email us at info@allerose.com and we will look into it.
How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 1 to 3 business days. After that, delivery takes 4 to 7 business days. Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days from the date of purchase.
Does shipping cost anything?
No. Shipping is free on all orders to the United Kingdom, no minimum required.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not ship to BFPO addresses or outside the United Kingdom.
How do I return something?
Email us at info@allerose.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags on. Return shipping is at your expense. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.
When do I get my money back?
Once we receive and check your return, we process the refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few extra days on their end.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Email us at info@allerose.com with your order number and what you are looking for. The easiest way is to return the original item and place a new order.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@allerose.com. Once an order is being processed we cannot guarantee a cancellation. If it has already shipped, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
