Return & Refund Policy

At Allerose, we want you to be happy with what you ordered. If something is not right, let us know and we will sort it out.
Return window
You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return. After that, we can no longer accept it.
Eligibility
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags still attached. If it shows signs of use or damage, we cannot accept the return.
How to start a return
Email us at info@allerose.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions. Please wait for our reply before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping
Return shipping is at your expense. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for packages lost on the way back to us.
Damaged or incorrect item?
Check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days at info@allerose.com. We will cover the return shipping and put it right.
Exchanges
Want a different size or style? Email us at info@allerose.com with your order number and what you are looking for. The easiest way is to return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and check it over, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days on their end.
